Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The item is unworn or unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The return is due to one of the following:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is not as described on our website.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@lumipieces.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your name, order number, and details of the item you wish to return. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost return packages.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after receiving the return. For credit card payments, please allow 10–15 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat fee of C$7.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Return

While we strive to be flexible, some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or sale conditions:

  • Items purchased during sale events (these may only be refunded under special conditions).
  • Sale items and promotional purchases (non-returnable and non-exchangeable).
  • Shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
