All content featured on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of LUMI Pieces and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and imagery of our products. However, as many of our items are handmade using natural materials such as freshwater pearls, small variations may occur — these imperfections are part of their charm and uniqueness. All pricing is displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payments are processed securely, and we do not retain your payment information.

We offer free Canada and US shipping on orders over C$79. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in original condition. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and if your item was shipped with a free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

LUMI Pieces offers a complimentary 14-day warranty. If a product arrives damaged or breaks within this period due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer a free repair or replacement. For warranty claims or any order-related inquiries, please contact us at lumipieces@outlook.com
